R.·.E.·.Michael T. Dunn is enjoying his 31st year as a Mason. Having been a single Dad for most of his adult life, in 2007 he was married to Dorinda (Dori) and between them they have 4 Daughters, 6 Grand Daughters and now a Grand Son!

Mike is an active member of the First Assembly of God Church in Marcy and often drives the Church van, providing transportation for those who would not otherwise have a way to get to Church.

As Vice President, and Director of Quality Assurance for Thermold Corporation in Canastota, New York, he is responsible for Thermolds Quality, Training and Corporate Planning for the development and implementation of world class manufacturing strategies.

Mike has been a Mason since 1980. He is a Past Master of both Sconondoa-Sherrill Lodge #814 and Infinity Lodge #00. He is also a member of Utica Lodge #47. He served as Grand Sword Bearer from the 1st Oneida District in 2000-2002 and is a Past President of the Oneida County Masonic Association.

Mike was exalted in Doric Chapter No.193 in Vernon, NY and served as DDGHP for the 18th Capitular District in 2002-2004. He was appointed Grand Master of The Second Veil in 2005 and is currently serving as the Grand King of the Grand Chapter, State of New York.

Active in the entire York Rite, he has presided in all of the major bodies and in 2004 was made a member of the Knights of the York Cross of Honor (KYCH). He is a devoted member and past presiding officer of Utica Conclave Red Cross of Constantine, United York Right College, Charles Smith Council AMD and Crusade Priory KYCH. He is a member of St. Lawerence Lodge #23, Royal Ark Mariners, which is moored to Frontenac Council #23, Royal & Select Masters in Kingston, Ontario. He was awarded the Order of the Purple Cross in 2008.

Mike is also a member of the Valley of Utica AASR, currently serving as Junior Warden for the Yahnundahsis Council of Princes of Jerusalem and enjoys playing the drum with the Drum and Bugle Corp for Ziyara Shrine, AANOMS.

Outside of his Masonic interests, Mike enjoys spending time with his bride and participating in activities at American Legion Post #169. He is also an avid hunter and fisherman. He looks to the future with great enthusiasm and continued participation in all aspects of our fraternity.
