Re-Member The Blue Lodge

The Re-Member the Blue Lodge program is jointly sponsored by the following State of New York Masonic Organizations:

Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the state of New York

New York State Council of Deliberation, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite

Grand Chapter of the State of New York Royal Arch Masons

Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of the State of New York

Grand Commandery Knights Templar of the State of New York

A Re-Member the Blue Lodge Medallion will be presented to each member of the Scottish or York Rite that is a first line signer, (Sponsoring Brother), on the petition of a man once he has been raised a Master Mason.

Only one Re-Member the Blue Lodge Medallion will be presented per Sponsoring Brother. The Medallion will be presented at the Sponsoring Brother's Lodge.

The appropriate color "year bar (s)", representing the number of Brothers raised to Master Mason during a calendar year, will be presented to the Sponsoring Brother at Re-Member The Blue Lodge presentation ceremonies during the succeeding calendar year. Presentation will be made at one of the above listed State Masonic Organizations of the Sponsoring Brother's choice.

Brother that are the Sponsoring Brother (first line signer), will be presented:

A Bronze "year bar" for one or two Brothers that becomes a Master Mason in a calendar year

A Silver "year bar" for three or four Brothers that become Master Masons in a calendar year

A Gold "year bar" for five or more Brothers that become Master Masons in a calendar year

Credit will go to the Scottish or York Rite Bodies or Bodies indicated by the Sponsoring Brother on the "Certification of Raising to Master Mason" Form.

"Certification of Raising to Master Mason" forms will be available from the Secretaries or Recorders of each sponsoring Scottish or York Rite Body. (You may also download the form from this web site - see instructions below)

Upon favorable ballot of the man petitioning for Membership in a Lodge, the Sponsoring Brother may request the "Certification of Raising to Master Mason" form from a Scottish or York Rite Secretary or Recorder.

Upon Raising to Master Mason of the petitioner, the Lodge Secretary certifies the Raising of the new Member on the "Certification of Raising to Master Mason" form and the Sponsoring Brother mails the completed form to:
